Before filling in the template, take note of the following pointers:

1. When filling in product information, you must fill out each size of the product

in each row and not leave any blank rows between product listings

2. For products with multiple sizes and/or colours, you must fill in each colour in

each size as an individual listing

e.g. If you have a dress in Blue and Pink, and in sizes S and M each, you

should have 4 individual product listings – Blue S, Blue M, Pnk S, Pink M

Page 5: MARKETPLACE - Amazon Web Servicesimages.partner.zalora.com.s3.amazonaws.com/SellerCenter... · 2016. 7. 27. · Important Highlights to Know BATCH PRODUCT UPLOAD Important Highlights

3. A good shortcut to fill in information of a product in multiple colours and/or

sizes is to complete a row for 1 colour in 1 size, then copy and paste the

information in subsequent rows and edit accordingly

4. The first row of information is an example to assist you. Please delete this row

before you upload the Product Creation Template on Seller Center.

e.g. If you have a dress in Blue and Pink, and in sizes S and M each,

o Firstly, fill in the information fields for Blue dress in size S

o Secondly, copy and paste to a new row for size M and amend the

Seller SKU, Size and Quantity

o Thirdly, copy and paste the completed 2 rows of Blue dress S and M

to the next 2 rows for the Pink listings

o Lastly, change the Colour, ParentSKU, Quantity, ColorFamily,

SellersKU and Images
