MOVEMENT AND POSINGAs a part of the Iconic guidelines, we allow a lot of free and natural movement when it comes to model posing.

Please where possible allow the models to move naturally and relaxed, using the website and the below inspiration to instruct and direct models when shooting.

Contemporary and Premium womens brands can have less movement, but still relaxed and not too stiff.

CORRECT DEFAULT IMAGE

It is of the upmost importance that your first image (default image) is exactly what is stated in THE ICONIC image guidelines.

The catalog page is the first thing the customer sees, and at THE ICONIC we strive to have the highest level of consistency that we can. Images without their correct default image will not be accepted.

Images being uploaded in the incorrect order, or that are missing the correct default image can disrupt the flow and aesthetic of the catalog page. Below are some examples of what is correct and what is not for shoes and apparel.

SHOES - Default image (side shot) must be first on the catalog page

APPAREL - Cropped shots of tops and bottoms must be first on the catalog page

CORRECT GREY BACKGROUND

Images must be on the correct grey background, as stated in THE ICONIC image guidelines.

As with the default image being correct, the incorrect grey background on your images can disrupt the aesthetic of the catalog page, making your products look off brand and not a part of THE ICONIC website.

Product is an RGB value of 240.240.240

Apparel is an RGB value of 240.240.244

This reading can be taken from any plain grey area of the background in Photoshop.

Below are some examples of shoes, accessories and apparel with correct and incorrect RGB values.
