For example when producing blanks in the Automotive In dus -try the material benefit has an average of approx. 46 – 48 %.For a solid car having a yearly output quantity of 350.000pieces the blank wastage amounts to approx. 135.000 to. Thisloss totals approx. € 80,000,000 per year.

Due to continuous progress in optimising tool and designmethodology, the material input when producing blanks haswithin recent years been drastically reduced by BILSINGAUTO MATION.
