Thank you so much!! I want to take this opportunity to thank you in a very special way to each and every one of you who in one way or another helped during the

entire Lenten season, Holy Week, First Communions and this weekend with the Confirmations. All of you who know who they are and who help and continue to help in each liturgical activity or celebra-tion we have, our eternal gratitude for making St Peter a community that grows every day and we unite more thanks to your support and collaboration. And for those who are not yet involved, we encourage you to be encouraged and be part of the activities we do here and support us to make this your church a community full of brotherhood. Our next activity will be our picnic on June 30, we hope that you can accompany us, participate and help especially this year that we will be celebrating the fes-tivities of St. Peter our Saint Patron. Muchas Gracias!! Quiero tomar esta oportunidad para agradecerles de una manera muy especial a todos y cada uno de uste-des que de una manera u otra ayudaron durante todo el tiempo de Cuaresma, Semana Santa, las Primeras Comuniones y este fin de semana con las Confirmacio-nes. Todos ustedes que saben quienes son y que ayudan y siguen ayudando en cada actividad o celebraciones litúrgicas que tenemos, nuestro eterno agradecimiento por hacer de San Pedro una comunidad que cada día crece y nos unimos más gracias a su apoyo y colabo-ración. Y para aquellos que todavía no están involu-crados, los exhortamos a que se animen y formen par-te de las actividades que aquí realizamos y nos apoyen para así hacer de esta su iglesia una comunidad llena de hermandad. Nuestra próxima actividad será nuestro picnic el 30 de Junio, esperamos que nos puedan acompañar, partici-par y ayudar especialmente este año que estaremos celebrando las fiestas de nuestro Santo Patrón San Pedro.

The Characteristics of the Catechesis of the Good Shephard

Las características de la catequesis del buen pastor 25. The reasons why the catechist is requested to make

the materials with his/her own hands are: • To absorb the content more deeply; • To combat hurry, consumerism and even excessive

“efficiency”; • To pace oneself more to the rhythm of the child and

thus also—or so we believe– to the working of the Holy Spirit;

• To try to reach the integration of hand, mind and heart.

26. The primary commitment of the catechist is working with the children in the atrium; however, this com-mitment also leads the catechist to be open to the needs of the catechesis in general and making him/her responsible to other forms of service which can be necessary.

25. Las razones por las que se solicita al catequista que haga los materiales con sus propias manos son: - Para absorber el contenido más profundamente; - Para combatir la prisa, el consumismo e incluso la

excesiva "eficiencia"; - Caminar más al ritmo del niño y, por lo tanto, también, o eso creemos, a la obra del
