HOW DOES IT WORK?The microchipped credit card-style Discover Ferrari & Pavarotti Land Passport is valid for 48 hours from its first use and costs €60. Holders are entitled to:

· visit to the Ferrari Museums in Modena and Maranello, the Luciano Pavarotti House and Museum and seven producers of excellence in the traditional balsamic vinegar, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and cured meat sectors. There will also be stops to allow visits to Modena, Sassuolo, Nonantola and Maranello;

· comfortable, disabled-friendly shuttles are available all day, calling hourly to all stops along the Discover Ferrari & Pavarotti Land route;

· visitors can also use their own cars if they prefer to be independent. Group buses are also welcome. In the latter instances, Passports provide access to all stops indicated, guided tours of the companies, farms and the Pavarotti Museum as well as any assistance required;

Visitors can make as many stops as they wish in a single day and chose them to suit their own tastes and interests:

· for each location they decide to visit, they will have one hour before the next shuttle bus arrives. This means they can pick and choose between many different stops to suit themselves and their interests;

· visitors wishing to enjoy a gourmet evening in Modena and the surrounding area can continuewith the programme the following day and, on

request, extend their Passport for a third day;

· don’t forget that one of the world’s top three chefs comes from this area: Massimo Bottura who owns the Osteria Francescana in Modena. However, there are also dozens of other fantastic chefs specialising in traditional cuisine. All well worth the journey!

WHERE DO THE SHUTTLE BUSES DEPART FROM?Every morning from the Bologna (passenger exit Piazza Medaglie D’Oro) and Mediopadana (Reggio Emilia) High Speed Rail Stations, all day from Modena Station and the large Novi Park car park in the city centre;

· Passport holders can hop on and hop off the shuttles at any stop: such as in front of either of the Ferrari Museums in Maranello and Modena or at the Discover information point nearest the motorway exit: Modena Sud, at the Acetaia Malpighi (balsamic vinegar producer), Campogalliano, coming from Verona/Brennero, at the Caseificio 4 Madonne (parmesan cheese maker) or at the Acetaia Giusti (balsamic vinegar producer). Sure in the knowledge too that they will be brought back to the same point in the course of the day.

WHAT ARE THE DISCOVER STOPS AND WHAT IS THERE TO SEE AND DO?There are 15 stops as indicated on the map opposite;

· there is a short introduction to each one (including website addresses) on the back of this leaflet;

· artistic and historic delights aside, the cities will also be hosting other special events and happenings, such as the Piacere Modena installation, the Gardens of Taste, pop-up stores and traditional shops, tours of Ceramicland in Sassuolo, the Federico Barbarossa exhibition in Nonantola and the exhibition “Maranello, People Flying High” in the main square in Maranello;

· the stops proper include Ferrari and its Museums, the Pavarotti Foundation with the Maestro’s home and museum, the Modena cured meat museum, MUSA, and the Bio Hombre Organic Farm Estate with its extraordinary collection of road and track Maseratis;

· the other stages take in mystical balsamic vinegar makers, Lambrusco wineries and Parmigiano Reggiano dairies;

· there is also supplementary programme in Sassuolo to introduce visitors to the world of ceramics with dedicated shuttles every Wednesday and Friday to various manufacturers and museums.

HOW DOES IT WORK?The microchipped credit card-style Discover Ferrari & Pavarotti Land Passport is valid for 48 hours from its first use and costs €60. Holders are entitled to:

· visit to the Ferrari Museums in Modena and Maranello, the Luciano Pavarotti House and Museum and seven producers of excellence in the traditional balsamic vinegar, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and cured meat sectors. There will also be stops to allow visits to Modena, Sassuolo, Nonantola and Maranello;

· comfortable, disabled-friendly shuttles are available all day, calling hourly to all stops along the Discover Ferrari & Pavarotti Land route;

· visitors can also use their own cars if they prefer to be independent. Group buses are also welcome. In the latter instances, Passports provide access to all stops indicated, guided tours of the companies, farms and the Pavarotti Museum as well as any assistance required;

Visitors can make as many stops as they wish in a single day and chose them to suit their own tastes and interests:

· for each location they decide to visit, they will have one hour before the next shuttle bus arrives. This means they can pick and choose between many different stops to suit themselves and their interests;

· visitors wishing to enjoy a gourmet evening in Modena and the surrounding area can continuewith the programme the following day and, on

request, extend their Passport for a third day;

· don’t forget that one of the world’s top three chefs comes from this area: Massimo Bottura who owns the Osteria Francescana in Modena. However, there are also dozens of other fantastic chefs specialising in traditional cuisine. All well worth the journey!

WHERE DO THE SHUTTLE BUSES DEPART FROM?Every morning from the Bologna (passenger exit Piazza Medaglie D’Oro) and Mediopadana (Reggio Emilia) High Speed Rail Stations, all day from Modena Station and the large Novi Park car park in the city centre;

· Passport holders can hop on and hop off the shuttles at any stop: such as in front of either of the Ferrari Museums in Maranello and Modena or at the Discover information point nearest the motorway exit: Modena Sud, at the Acetaia Malpighi (balsamic vinegar producer), Campogalliano, coming from Verona/Brennero, at the Caseificio 4 Madonne (parmesan cheese maker) or at the Acetaia Giusti (balsamic vinegar producer). Sure in the knowledge too that they will be brought back to the same point in the course of the day.

WHAT ARE THE DISCOVER STOPS AND WHAT IS THERE TO SEE AND DO?There are 15 stops as indicated on the map opposite;

· there is a short introduction to each one (including website addresses) on the back of this leaflet;

· artistic and historic delights aside, the cities will also be hosting other special events and happenings, such as the Piacere Modena installation, the Gardens of Taste, pop-up stores and traditional shops, tours of Ceramicland in Sassuolo, the Federico Barbarossa exhibition in Nonantola and the exhibition “Maranello, People Flying High” in the main square in Maranello;

· the stops proper include Ferrari and its Museums, the Pavarotti Foundation with the Maestro’s home and museum, the Modena cured meat museum, MUSA, and the Bio Hombre Organic Farm Estate with its extraordinary collection of road and track Maseratis;

· the other stages take in mystical balsamic vinegar makers, Lambrusco wineries and Parmigiano Reggiano dairies;

· there is also supplementary programme in Sassuolo to introduce visitors to the world of ceramics with dedicated shuttles every Wednesday and Friday to various manufacturers and museums.
