FROM THE PRESIDENT……
The President’s Luau was well
attended and even though the
weather wasn’t the greatest, the
turnout was very nice! Thanks
to everyone who came! Laura
and I would also like to thank
Adessa and her staff, Chef
Kasey and his crew, along with
Mike and Jay for the evening
entertainment. We hope
everyone had a good time!
May is shaping up to be a busy month of events as golf season
gets into full swing! Waren and his crew have been busy
getting the course into playing shape, and things have been
moving along, weather permitting.
A proposed project from last year the board considered was
replacing the overhang/awning coming into the clubhouse.
We decided to table that project for now, because of the
significant cost. With our 5 year plan of addressing our
clubhouse needs with renovations, we felt like this project
should be considered when we are ready for the clubhouse
renovations. Two things that will hopefully be addressed in
near term is replacing the front door and updating the entire
sound system.
If you have any suggestions or comments that are constructive
for the board to consider, please feel free to reach out to any
of the board members. Just a reminder, Devin Anderson,
Ryan Elwood, Linda Frick, Justin Dietrich, Tracey
Grotenhuis, Dan Megard and I are this year’s board.

FROM THE COURSE...................... We are off to another slow start this year
and it is obvious that we did suffer some
winter kill but we are well on our way to
recovering the playing surface. Some
normal temperatures will speed the process
up.
Projects have been getting checked off the
list in April including some more tee sign
landscaping and some landscaping around
the power poles.
This month we are concentrating on
growing in our dead areas, cleaning the
pool, and planting our annuals. We
continue to chop down trees as time allows.
