Tami Heim is the president and CEO of the Christian Leadership Alliance (CLA) headquartered in San Clemente, CA. CLA provides leadership training and lifelong learning experiences for the leaders in over 4,500 nonprofit ministries, churches, educational institutions, and businesses.

Heim served as an executive partner in The A Group – Brand Development, executive vice president and chief publishing officer for Thomas Nelson Publishers, and as the president of Borders, Inc. Tami began her professional career with Federated where she served in many different executive leadership positions.

In 2011, she co-authored, @stickyJesus: how to live out your faith online (UMPH 2011).
