Step 3: Start by removing the slide stop. Get a good grip and use your Micro tip flat-head screwdriver to pry out the slide stop.
Step 1: Clear your Firearm - Check the Chamber, Bolt Face and Magazine.
Step 2: Gather Parts and Tools Needed Step 4: Pull the Trigger and slide the top forward .

Step 5: After you have it pulled apart, pull the out the Recoil Spring and Recoil guide.
Step 6: Pull out the Barrel.
Step 7: Remove the Extractor to take the tension off the slide back plate. Push back on the front Extractor Pin with your Micro Tip Screwdriver. Pull on the Pin until the Extractor pops out.
Step 8: Take your paper clip and push down on the back Extractor Pin and pop it out.

Step 9: You should have your Rear Extractor Pin, Extractor Spring, Front Extractor Pin, and Extractor removed.

Step 10: Take the Micro Tip Flat-Head and push down on the Striker Spring and push out on the slide back.
Step 11: Catch the Striker Spring and pull it out with the Guide.
Step 12: Depress the Striker Block to unlock the Striker.

Step 13: Pull out the Striker.
Step 14: Remove Striker Block and pull out Striker Spring.
Step 15: Open your Kahr Arms CM9 Trigger Spring Kit. You can use the bag to store your Stock Springs in.
Step 16: Drop a little bit of Synthetic Grease or any Grease on the spring so it will locate in place.

Step 17: Insert your new MCARBO spring into the Striker Block.
Step 18: Drop in the Striker Block.
Step 19: Take your Striker and insert it back into the Firearm. Push it all the way through and make sure it is locked in place.
Step 20: Now take your Striker Spring and insert it in the Firearm.

Step 21: Pull out the plastic Striker Spring Guide out of the factory spring and insert it in the Firearm.
Step 22: Gather all the components you need to put the Extractor back together.

Step 23: Drop the Extractor into the little hole in the Slide.
Step 24: You’re going to take the Pin with the 45 degree angle facing the Slide. Use your paperclip and push it all the way down to insert it in.

Step 27: Compress your Striker Spring with your finger to put the back plate back on.
Step 25: Take your Extractor Spring and drop it in the Firearm. Use your 3/32 Inch Punch to push the spring down.
Step 26: Take your Rear Extractor Pin and push it down into the hole with your 3/32 Inch Punch.
Step 28: Use your Micro Tip Flat Head to push the Striker Spring down the rest of the way.

Step 29: Take your Slide back plate and slide it on. Make sure it is lined up with the three features.
Step 30: Take your 1/16 Inch Punch and push the Extractor Pin in.
Step 31: Push on the back of the back plate and snap it in place.
Step 32: Drop your Barrel in the Firearm. It is highly recommended to polish the Feed Ramp.

Step 33: Secure the Barrel in Place.
Step 34: Take your Recoil Spring and guide and push it right in and compress it onto the Barrel.
Step 35: Make sure that the Recoil Spring is fully in place.
Step 36: Take your Slide and put it on the Pistol Grip and pull it back until it snaps into place. Then insert the slide stop.

Step 37: Line up the half circle with the slide and push all the way in.
Step 38: Do a function check. Pull the trigger and rack the Firearm. Check the reset.
Step 39: Check the Trigger Pull.
Step 40: You’re finished with the installation. Happy Shooting!
