Note: Applique templates are at end of the pattern. They are printed reversed and without turn-under allowance for use with paper-backed fusible web.

PlanningBright prints and tone-on-tones from the Summerfest and Little Miss Sunshine col-lections, plus basics from Moda Fabric are featured in this colorful version of Lynn’s quilt.

The Treetop and Mini Star Blocks are cut from templates. To prepare templates, trace on template plastic, including seam lines, grain lines, and match points. Place templates right side down on wrong sides of appropriate fabrics; mark around tem-plates. Cut out fabric patches.

Use an accurate G˝ seam allowance throughout to ensure all elements of the quilt fit together well.

Handle all bias edges carefully to avoid distortion.
