Human Capital Management (HCM) Specialist & Advisor on HR Strategy15 years trans-national and multi-industry experience in the field of Human Resource Management, Leadership, Consulting and Training. V.Srinivasan is a Senior HR Practitioner & Leader who brings with himself around 15 years of well-rounded industry experience in the field of Human Resources.

Srinivasan holds a MBA from Symbiosis Center for Management & HRD (SCMHRD), Pune and is a Graduate in Economics from Delhi University.

His a Certified MBTI Practitioner, Certified Assessor (for Assessment Centers) and also trained in Job Evaluation by the Hay Group.

During his accomplished career Srinivasan has discharged various HR leadership responsibilities with reputed organisations such as Bharti Airtel (telecom sector), The Times of India Group (media sector) and Mahyco Seeds (agri-input) etc.

Till, 2013, Snivasan was the Country HR Director for Randstad India & Sri Lanka where he led the HR function for a professional services organization with 1600 employees spread across 35 locations and also represented India on Randstad’s Global Advisory Board.

Prior to this role, he worked with Bharti Airtel as Deputy General Manager-Human Resources where he worked extensively on performance, rewards management and talent transformation programs.
