GENERAL INFORMATION


Monthly Space Rental »YESCO has approximately 1,900 bulletin, rotary, and digital outdoor advertising displays throughout the Rocky Mountain West in both rural and major metropolitan markets. The monthly space rental price is determined by the individual advertising location or the rotary program that is contracted. The space rental is due on the fi rst of each month of the advertising period. Customers receive an invoice from YESCO approximately three weeks before each payment is due.

Production Services »Production services are available for printing and installation/removal of vinyls, extensions, snipes and custom embellishments. Production costs are to be paid in full up-front before materials will be ordered or installation can begin. Pricing for these services are available from your YESCO account executive. Vinyl removals at customer request are to be billed extra and are not included in agreement.

Design Services »Basic design services are included with a 12 month contract at no cost to our customers. Our designers can offer the creativity and knowledge needed to design an ad that is both effective and memorable. Our sales staff will work with advertising agencies and/or media buyers to provide effective advertisements that reinforce their client’s advertising message used throughout other mediums. All designs created by YESCO Outdoor Media and its employees are property of YESCO.

Illumination »YESCO offers illumination of our advertising locations from dusk to midnight, seven days a week, at no additional cost to our customers. Illumination until dawn is available in most areas for a nominal fee to cover the additional power consumption.

Which Product is Right for Me?

Permanent Bulletin »Bulletins are purchased in monthly increments for the purpose of either branding to a specifi c demographic or to direct traffi c to the business for an immediate purchase. The client’s advertisement is placed on the chosen location for a fi xed period of time. A typical permanent bulletin is in place for an average of 12 months to build brand awareness through repeated exposures.

Rotary Bulletin »A rotary program allows for the client’s advertisement to be placed on multiple advertising locations throughout the contract term. The advertisement rotates among locations strategically placed throughout a city or market to allow the business to gain exposure to multiple traffi c patterns and demographics of people in a community. The quarterly rotation can be utilized to rotate a single message, or to advertise multiple messages based on the location and time of year of the placement. Businesses that have a broad potential client base rather than a specifi c target demographic benefi t from the rotary program by creating a ubiquitous presence in a market.

Digital LED Bulletin »Digital outdoor displays are LED technology that is placed on bulletin locations. The displays allow for multiple advertisers to utilize the advertising space. The display rotates between 6 advertisers, displaying each ad for approximately 8 seconds. The technology allows each advertiser to promote multiple messages within their advertising spot and change the messages frequently to easily and effi ciently adapt to market conditions. Because there is no need for vinyl production and installation, digital bulletins are a great way to maximize advertising budget and deliver real-time messages for day-part focusing, events, and short-term offers.

Digital Rotary Bulletin »YESCO’s digital rotary program combines the benefi ts of broad market branding with the fl exibility of digital technology. The digital rotary program rotates the suite of a client’s advertisements amongst a group of digital bulletin units in a particular market. Strategically placed digital units targeting various market segments and customer demographics are utilized along with the fl exibility of day-parting, real-time updates, and multiple advertisement placements to build brand recognition or provide event and special pricing announcements.

Outdoor advertising can be utilized for building brand awareness among a targeted demographic or offering directional support for point-of-sale retailers.

Branding is intended to create awareness of a product or service amongst a specifi c demographic or market and/or increase long-term consumer confi dence and loyalty. Outdoor advertising locations utilized for branding are typically chosen based on the demographic of the traffi c most likely to view the ad.

Directional advertising is intended to drive traffi c to a store front location for immediate purchases. A directional typically advertises for a commonly purchased consumer item, an item with an immediate need (gas, food or hotel rooms) or an impulse buy (an item that may have short term pricing or availability). Directional bulletin locations are selected based on proximity to the business.

Advertisements intended to drive traffi c to a website or other digital medium can be utilized for both branding and to encourage impulse buys by communicating vital or intriguing brand information.

Live Updates »Information that an advertiser regularly displays on their web site can be added to the digital design. Data and images displayed can also include information from RSS feeds, stock ticker values and current time and temperature. This allows for items such as interest rates and special offers that may change from day to day to be displayed on the bulletin as soon as they are changed on the site. No need for new artwork to be submitted for posting.
