Who is MediVoice Alert®?
• MediVoice Alert ® is owned and operated by EMS Sentry ®.
• They have provided home medical monitoring for their customers since 2010.
• MediVoice Alert ® is not a tradiDonal PERS (Personal Emergency Response
System) in that all of the personal pendant feature two-‐way communicaDon and
a much larger range than the industry average.
How MediVoice ® Alert Works
• The MediVoice Alert® Medical Monitoring Device is a direct 2-‐way voice
communicator which calls a cerDfied EMT (emergency medical technician)
at a centralized monitoring staDon.
• The EMT staffed call center is operated 24 hours per day and 7 days per
week and all communicaDon with the EMT is through the Wearable
Medical Monitoring device itself which is worn as a pendant or via a belt
clip.
• The EMT learns the nature of the emergency and summons appropriate
help, staying on the line unDl help arrives.

The MediVoice Alert’s® Medical Alarm system can be programmed to work with up to four addiDonal alarms. These can be worn with a lanyard, wrist strap or clipped to a belt with the belt clip. Each addiDonal medical alarm is regularly $119.95, with occasional special prices as low as $89.95.

The MediVoice Alert’s® Medical Alarm has an opDonal Emergency Wall Communicator which can be mounted on the wall of a bathroom, etc. for added security. The Emergency Wall Communicator is regularly $99.95, with occasional special prices as low as $89.95.

The MediVoice Alert’s® Medical Alarm has an opDonal Door Knob Key Lock Box which allows entry to the home in the event of an emergency, saving valuable Dme and protecDng property from damage caused by emergency personnel when needing quick access. The Door Knob Key Lock Box is regularly $29.95, with occasional special prices as low as $19.95.
Warranty
• MediVoice Alert® Medical Alarm Devices are all covered by a one-‐year limited warranty for parts and labor.
• New customers with MediVoice Alert® sign a 12 month contract, which is determined largely by the fact that the bulk of their customers using their system are covered by Medicare Part B and requirements set by Medicare.

Medicare Part B Covers MediVoice Alert®
• MediVoice Alert®'s Medical Monitoring & Alert System can be covered
under Medicare Part B with assigned reimbursement, and other insurances with a prescripDon demonstraDng medical necessity.
• To determine individual eligibility, consult the ExplanaDon of Benefits or a representaDve of MediVoice ® for assistance in determining coverage.

• MediVoice Alert® operates a UL listed, central monitoring staDon in
Redding, Pennsylvania which is one of only four monitoring centers
approved by the FDA.
• The range for the Medical Alarm surpasses that of the compeDDon.
• Two-‐way communicaDon is standard on all medical alarm systems.
• MediVoice Alert is one of the few medical monitoring companies which is
approved by Medicare Part B, which helps many seniors afford medical
monitoring services.
• MediVoice Alert® is significantly higher-‐priced than most of their
compeDDon, with iniDal equipment fees which are rather steep and may
be out of reach for many on limited or fixed incomes. This is largely due to
the fact that their services are covered by Medicare Part B, and as such,
can be billed at a higher rate.
• MediVoice Alert® does not offer a mobile product for protecDon away
from home.
• MediVoice Alert® is a great opDon for those covered by Medicare Part B or
Medicaid (only in certain counDes in Ohio).
• Pricing is more expensive iniDally than the compeDDon, but with Medicare
