T H E S E A R E O U R V E N U E S :The Grand Ballroom

Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, the hotel’s Grand Ballroom is a truly exceptional venue that has, in the past, hosted everything from opulent gala dinners to cutting-edge conferences. It is a space

that’s got personality – with an imposing staircase, parquet flooring and high ceiling.

There’s plenty of natural light streaming through the large windows and doors, leading onto a large terrace with open sea views. As a result, the Ballroom works beautifully for both day

and night. It comfortably accommodates up to 600 delegates in theatre-style with a front projection, and 1,500 guests for receptions, events and parties.

The Marie-Louise Suite Light abundantly streams through the floor-to-ceiling windows of this venue. With parquet flooring and a soundproof partition that enables it to be used in different ways, this room can host up to 150

for classroom-style meetings and presentations, and 250 people for a stand-up reception.

The space’s adjacent kitchen also makes it ideal for banquets, and its breakout area overlooks the sea, thus making it perfect for coffee breaks in-between meeting sessions.

The Carlson Suite With a very similar layout to the Marie-Louise Suite, the Carlson is equally popular for mid-size events,

meetings, dinners and lunches. It also has its own adjacent kitchen and floor-to-ceiling windows, as well as a brightly-lit breakout space with unobstructed views of the sea.

This venue comfortably accommodates up to 160 people in classroom style, 250 guests in a theatre-style set-up and 300 people for cocktail receptions.

The Clermont Suite Conveniently situated just off the lobby, this room is tailored to the needs of smaller events

and meetings. It has direct access to the adjacent terrace – which is ideal for breakfast, coffee breaks or lunch in the sunshine – and can accommodate up to 60 guests for a cocktail

reception, or up to 40 people boardroom-style.

The Reading Room Located just above the lobby and with plenty of natural light, this space is perfect for meetings,

press or product launches, and seminars. It can accommodate 80 delegates in theatre-style, 50 in classroom-style and 100 for a cocktail reception. It is also a favourite for intimate banquets.
