Financial HighlightsRevenuesYear-to-date. The unfavorable variance of $5.6M was mainly due to:• Unfavorable variance of $2.7M or 93% in major gift
solicitations ($204K revenue vs. $2.9M budget); refer to Exhibit B-1.• Unfavorable variance of $1.5M or 70% in chapter
remittance ($624K revenue vs. $2.1M budget); refer to Exhibit B-1.

Financial HighlightsIn contrast, favorable variances were observed as follows:
• $0.7M on direct mailing mainly due to $540K from step-up strategy. Please note that income from this line is spillover from 2014 campaign.
• Per Development’s projections, income from 2015 direct mailing campaigns will start coming-in in March.
• $1.3M on Miscellaneous, non-campaign. The revenues that came under this line were not directly related to any current development campaign.
