API Support and Help • All of the endpoints that are part of the public API are used by all of our applications so it is in our best interest also

to have the best monitoring in place.

• We follow industry best practices with monitoring of cloud services. All endpoints have health checks for a variety of items such as connections to other services and memory allocation. Most of our services are in the cloud so will automatically restart if/when there is an issue.

• We constantly review and improve our infrastructure and monitoring. The teams involved all have dashboards and monitoring screens available in their work area so they are observing logs and traffic on a daily basis.

• All code that is deployed live has extensive test suites so we are confident that any new feature or bug fixes are tested before they get pushed out live. All of the services deployed live are used by our own clients so we too have a vested interest in the health of our production systems.

For more information on our API please: • Check the Q&A available on Stack Overflow • Read the articles on the Engineering blog • Check examples of code on GITHUB • contact us on: [email protected]
