Catering Policies & GuidelinesGeneral Considerations: 1. There is a minimum cost of $300 for all catering orders, except for Ready-Trays.2. In addition, a 15% gratuity will be added to all catering orders except for Ready-Trays, which will be given directly to chefs who prepared the meal. 3. There is an additional 5% fee for delivery. 4. We require at least 48 hours(2 days) advance notice for orders less than $500.5. We require at least 72 hours(3 days) advance notice for orders more than $500. * We, however, will always try to accommodate your last minute needs that happen all the time.6. Plates, utensils, napkins, and condiments are included7. In order to provide the highest quality and ensure sustainability and traceability, Sake Bomb Sushi will source products based on our customer’s unique needs and vision.

Ordering:1. Orders may be called in 48 hours or more in advance. * Order in advance to help insure your preferred delivery time.2. Customer must place order with valid credit card information. 3. Orders greater than $500 may be subjected to a deposit. 4. Orders must be confirmed before it is made. We will confirm your order 24 hours prior to your pickup or delivery time.

Delivery:1. All deliveries on weekdays must be made before 11:30am or during the hours of 2:30pm to 8pm and from 11am to 8pm on Saturdays 2. Delivery within the Downtown Cincinnati’s Central Business District (CBD) & NKY may be subjected to a delivery fee of 5%. Extra charges may apply for farther deliveries.3. Delivery time varies depending on distance and demand.4. We suggest your pick up time to be as close to consumption as possible as our food is prepared with the intention of being enjoyed immediately. 5. Sauces / side-dishes available upon request. 6. Selection subject to seasonality and availability. Thus prices subject to change slightly without notice.

On-Site Sushi Bar:If you would like to hire one or more of our chefs for a private event at your office or home, we are happy to accommodate your request. The following are the rates of the on-site service:Preparation : $50 an hour for food preparation, Hourly Rate : minimum 2 service hours required, $300 for the first hour service per chef, and $50 per hour per chef each additional hour.Requirement : $25 per person; minimum of 20 peopleInquiry : We require a minimum of one week advanced notice for a private sushi chef request. Please call to learn more about this unique and exceptional dining experience. Please note that the cost of the food product is included in the rates of each person, and if special requests are needed, feel free to talk with us. Your satisfaction is our “NUMBER 1” priority.

Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policies:Below you will find our current payment and refund / cancellation policy. Please read it carefully as this is our official policy at the present time. If you have any questions or comments about this policy, please feel free to contact us. THERE ARE NO EXCEP-TIONS, ALL SAKE BOMB CATERING CLIENTS MUST READ, UNDERSTAND AND ADHERE TO THIS POLICY except by other written arrangements approved by SAKE BOMB CATERING . Any payment made without regard to this payment policy will be charged a service charge of $25.00. Late charges apply (see below).

Current Payment Policy:Our typical policy is to collect payment in advance of an event. If you are NOT on a VIP-plan* with SAKE BOMB CATERING and you purchase any products and/or services from us, the payment schedule is as follows :Catered Events – Catered Events are paid by installment plans. Typically, unless your quote specifies otherwise, 30% of the event cost is due upon contract signing, a second payment installment of 20% is due upon finalization of your event details (e.g Date and Head Count) and the final payment (and remaining balance) is due 2 weeks prior to the event date. For other orders under $500 payments are complete as orders are made to us.Late charges apply (see below) – applies only to Catered Events.If, for any reason, we send an invoice to you for any products or services, payment must be sent within 15 business days of your receipt of the invoice, unless other SAKE BOMB CATERING approved arrangements have been made ahead of time. Late charges apply (see below).

Late Charges:ALL payments such as invoices, handling fees, service charges and mileage charges described in the above policy MUST BE RECEIVED BY SAKE BOMB CATERING within 15 business days from the day you received an invoice) or late fees in the amount of $25.00 will be charged for every business day your payment is late. This applies to ALL clients, without exception.Non-payment may result in your account being sent to collections, your credit standing with us being downgraded and possible litigation to recover payment. If you have questions or concerns, or you feel that you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us IMMEDIATELY so that we can work together to find a solution.

Current Refund/Cancellation Policy:The following is our policy for refunds : A full refund, upon written cancellation, less processing fees and non-refundable third party deposits, will be issued no less than 2 weeks out from your event date. Cancellations less than 2weeks prior to an event will result in full forfeit of your deposits.Refund Types1. Cash refunds will only be given with a valid receipt showing the original form of payment for purchase as cash.2. Credit Card Refunds –All credit card purchases will be refunded back to the original credit card that your event was purchased on. Your signed contract will serve as proof of purchase for your catered event. 3. Check Refunds –All check purchase will be refunded 14 days after the original check has cleared; check refunds will be done in the form of a mailed check from our primary office. – Allow up to 30 business days to process our request.

Events beyond our control:In the event SAKE BOMB CATERING is unable to provide catering event services and / or execute according for a catering event as stated per our clients contract, and SAKE BOMB CATERING is solely at fault a full refund or credit will be issued to the client. This excludes other non-catered purchases. In the event of a natural disasters a store credit will be provided if the event is less than 2 weeks out.If you are dissatisfied with the level of service or quality of an event you have received from us after purchasing, please contact us with your concerns so that we can address this issue immediately. We value you as a client and strive for your satisfaction.

VIP Plans:VIP plans are customized to meet a clients needs or are arranged in advance when an event requires larger deposit amounts or the payment schedule requires a level of customization to help secure the event venue or related services. VIP plans are available for all event types and are at the discretion of SAKE BOMB CATERING as to when such a plan is required.
