1 95 and 101 State Street Work is anticipated on the exterior facade as well as in the alleyway between 95 and 101 State Street. The alley will be closed while this work is taking place and the entrance to 101 State Street may at times be partially impeded.

2 Hotel Interior fit-out is underway. Exterior façade work is underway.

STREET WORK

State Street

Utility, sewer, drain structure castings to be jackhammered & reset within milled areas. Road paving scheduled for Saturday 6/2/18 from 4:00 AM until mid-afternoon w/ traffic down to one lane of travel. Individual parking spots to be impacted at limited intervals. Pedestrian access will be rerouted as required. Some noise, dust and vibration may result. A police detail is anticipated w/ lane shifts or alternating one way traffic. Activity will proceed on an intermittent basis due to normal sequencing of work tasks, subcontractors, & coordination of work.

Main Street

Reflectorized drums will intermittently be placed in the south bound lane to shift traffic from 6am-6pm Monday through Friday to allow for the unloading of certain materials onto the construction site. The barrels will be moved out of the road at the end of each day to allow parking during non-working hours. Two way traffic will be maintained at all times and two police details will be present. This traffic shift is currently underway.

Work is underway to install a secure loading zone for hotel and casino podium equipment. This work will include the removal of scaffold and curbing from the Union Chandler building north along Main Street to 101 State Street. Jersey barriers will be installed along with fencing and gates. Two way traffic will be maintained at all times. Loading Zone is currently receiving deliveries.

Reconstruction of sidewalks, curbing, signs, & installation of wheelchairs ramps. Utility, sewer, drain structure castings to be jackhammered & reset within milled areas. Union Street

Traffic signal timing adjustments & line striping expected at the intersection of Union Street and East and West Columbus Avenue. Road paving at the intersection of Union Street and East and West Columbus Avenue scheduled for Saturday 5/26/18 from 4:00 AM until mid-afternoon w/ traffic down to one lane of travel. Utility, sewer, drain structure castings to be jackhammered & reset within milled areas. Individual parking spots to be impacted at limited intervals. Pedestrian access will be rerouted as required. Some noise, dust and vibration may result. A police detail is anticipated w/ lane shifts or alternating one way traffic.
