Daarnaast is het van groot belang om haar klanten te informeren over de relevante ICT & telecom trends en thema’s. Informatie hierover krijgt Astrid via haar management en via haar interne netwerk binnen Contoso. Steeds vaker zijn klant bespreking virtueel. Contact met haar manager heeft ze via de telefoon of email. Omdat Astrid meer dan 80 email per dag krijgt. Dit kost veel tijd die ze liever doorbrengt met klanten.
