Born in Mexico City, being the firstborn of a nontraditional family, he always

demonstrated a tendency for independency and innovation, reason why at the

age of nineteen he decide to move to Milan, where he graduated summa cum

laude at the well-known and prestigious Istituto Marangoni. He became an intern

in international firms such as Roberto Cavalli and Dsquared, his talent and thirst for

success could not be unnoticed for one of the directors of the firm Alessandro

dell'Aqua/Van Cleef And Arpels in which he was suddenly hired. Being a part of

that team he ascended very quickly, getting the essence of the “MADE IN ITALY”

Such rapid ascent at such a young age helped him to fuel the deep desire to

obtain knowledge and success in the fashion industry. Always looking a grater

vision and experience, characteristics that would help him develop his own style

and personality in another continent. In Asia he became a consultant to various

companies that had license of Keneth Cole, Nike and also factories from Inditex

(Zara) group. Being in Shanghay his growth was not only in the fashion industry but

also brought a whole expansion of his life perspective.

Having the his dreams at hand and being able to manage several languages he

decided to change his scenario, this time he moved to New York City, where he

specialist in Fashion Merchandising in the internationally acclaimed fashion

Institute FIT and with such competitive advantage new doors were opened giving

as a result the development of his first collection ready to wear (Another Brand).

Using an easy and chic style and combining versatility of cotton with the

elegance of the silk, with his distinguished style highly artisan exploring for the first

time a mix of metals, stones, wood and leather which later on would helped to

identity him in the jewelry industry in which he now is imposing his identity.

That is how in only 10 years he has mastered all the areas where the design makes

a difference; casual wear for men and women, leather goods, shoe wear,

furniture graphic design, jewelry, photographic sessions (stylist) and costume

design for the big screen.

After he came back to his home country in 2010 he started his own brand under his

name MIGUEL TINAJERO JOYERIA CONTEMPORANEA with it, in just one year he

was able to placed his products in the best boutiques in the country and also in

great fashion capitals such as London, Barcelona, Madrid, New York, LA,

Germany and other countries.
