they meet candidates at their booths at the career fair.

RESUMES:

Bring extras to hand to recruiters at their booths; Keep resumes no longer than 2-pages; Bring multiple versions of your

resume – tailored to the industry/company/job.

JOBS:

Apply on-line for jobs you are interested in – tailor your resume to that job, Bring the job description with you to the

career fair and speak to the company recruiter about the position.

PREPARE:

Look at the company websites; Do not approach a company and ask what they are hiring for. Take notes when speaking

to the recruiters – get their contact info for follow up, send thank you notes.
