News From the ARC
Hello Neighbors Please continue to be conscientious about your homes and surroundings.
Remember that ARC requests need to be at the White House by noon on the Friday before each meeting. Meetings are on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month.
The meetings are held in the Box Car at 9:30 am. Anyone can attend.
There are still openings on the ARC Committee. We are looking for volunteers who care about keeping this community up to the standards
as they are outlined in our rules and regulations. Villages that need reps at this time are Citrus Ridge, Oak Grove, and Rolling Hills.
Inspections will begin again in late March with Rolling Hills, Lakeview, Oak Grove, and Citrus Ridge. In late April, Sand Point, and Banbury will be inspected.
Thanks again for you cooperation in making Zellwood Station a beautiful place to live.
ARC Administrator Lois Marshall 407-886-0000 ext. 228 ARC Co-Chair Vicki Stewart 407-341-0453
ARC Co-Chair Rosemary Tibbetts 716-665-9555
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO RESIDENTS: RULES AND REGULATIONS ( M-1-2-3) Unfortunately we are experiencing ongoing issues with residents putting out Trash/Garbage cans. This is creating some safety concerns with cans and lids blowing out into the streets. As a reminder they are not permitted for trash collection in Zellwood Station. Household garbage must be bagged (not to exceed 60 pounds) and set out at the end of driveway by 7:00AM on the designated days of garbage/trash pickup. Residents desiring pick-up or removal of household garbage and/or yard trash which exceeds the 60 pound limitation must make special arrangements with the refuse collector and pay separately for such service. Advanced Disposal will be tagging first offenders and then will refuse trash pickup for repeat offenders. NO EXCEPTIONS! This enforcement will take effect Tuesday, February 18th, 2020. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. Carole Snyder President Zellwood Station Community Association
