In accordance with the powers conferred upon
him under Article 99(1) ,113(11)and 171 of the
Constitution of the Republic of Uganda and in
his vision “Prosperity for All” 2006
Manifesto, H.E. the President of the Republic
of Uganda, created the Ministry of
Information and Communications
Technology (MoICT)
In April, 2007 Cabinet approved the Ministry’s
