MJM Private Funding and Investments, pro-
vides bridge loans for commercial real estate in-
come producing properties (land on a case by
case). We specialize in quick, hard to place, non
conventional transactions in need of flexible un-
derwriting. Our loans are based off the equity in
the property, not the borrower. Our decisions are
made by experienced real estate professionals,
not committees.
MJM Private’s underwriting emphasis is on prop-
erty equity as opposed to the typical ―red tape‖
which banks commonly underwrite. When oppor-
tunities arise, speed and flexibility are often
needed to capitalize on the situation. Underwriting
the property instead of simply the ―financials‖ al-
lows MJM Private to fund at an expeditious pace.
We will consider all income producing commercial
real estate assets.

Contact MJM Private to discuss the loan request. In a simple conversation, MJM Private is able to provide initial interest or denial. Our team is comprised of real estate professionals who truly understand real estate markets and the subsequent op-portunities that present themselves.
MJM will request documentation and evaluate the situation in hours, not days or weeks. Terms will be issued and an inspection of the property will be scheduled (appraisals not always re-quired). Third party reports ordered and reviewed.
STEP 2 – CLOSING (Day 6—7)
Final approval is based upon a decision by MJM Privates
fund manager, not a time consuming and impersonal com-
mittee. Legal docs’ drawn and loan funds. MJM closes in
days, not weeks or months!
