• A NEAR/# B (‘#’ is for the number of words between A & B)
• Search Entry: “productivity growth” NEAR/5 innovation
➢The keyword ‘productivity growth’ can be found within 5 words either before
or after ‘innovation’.
➢‘NEAR’ has to be entered in CAPITAL LETTERS.
➢A PRE/# B ⇒ Keyword A always appears # words BEFORE Keyword B

Shun Tadaki-Kobayashi
• Training & Consulting Partner, Team Lead at ProQuest Japan
• Date of Birth: 25th January 1981
• Home Town: Suita City, Osaka Prefecture (Shun now lives in Tokyo.)
• Shun went to the U.K. at the age of 19 after having been ‘Hikikomori’ during high school. He wanted to become a
football (soccer) coach for children, but gave up the dream due to a back injury. He went to the university in the
U.K. and came back to Japan in Autumn 2006. He has a master degree in Education.
• BSc in Social Policy & Administration at University of Roehampton
• MPhil in Education at University of Cambridge, Fitzwilliam College
• Shun first worked as a database instructor at Dealogic Inc. He moved to Thomson Reuters where he worked as a
product trainer and subsequently as a sales representative in charge of multi-national corporations in Japan.
After he worked as an account manager at KVH Ltd. (now under Colt Group S.A.) in charge of investment banks,
Shun joined ProQuest in September 2014. He delivers product training in Japanese & English in Japan.
