Ensure concrete grouting temperature shall be as per specification and standard When grouting, concrete compacted by vibration. Check the distance between two vibrators inserts is approx 300mm to 600mm and in overlapping way to ensure fully vibrated to concrete. Ensure that concrete near formwork faces is sufficiently worked to avoid honeycomb and produce a smooth uniform surface after formworks are removed Float finish applied while the concrete is still plastic.
