Road side surveys are time consuming, only a small amount of the time is actually spent on assessing damages and deviations. When your company is responsible for the maintenance of assets in the public space, you’ll probably have wondered how to improve the productivity.

The software can work with a wide variety of camera’s.

The preparation to start a recording session will only take a few minutes. Our mobile mapping systems can work on a variety of mobile systems, either on the road or on the water. Set up the camera, choose your configuration and press Start!

The images do not need be to postprocessed. The data is directly connected to the GPS/INS systems. The Horus GPS position fixer can be delivered when you need to post process the GPS data based on Virtual Reference Stations. Updating the locations will only take five minutes for the recordings of a typical work day.

The recording process is fully automated. Our Movie Recorder takes care of business: image storage, data compression, GPS/INS data, triggering devices, et cetera. A wide variety of sensors and triggering devices can be connected to the system, GPS/INS signals are directly attached to the images. The software can work with a wide variety of camera’s: 360 degree, High Resolution (pixels on target), infrared, et cetera. Several custom built functions can be added to the Movie Recorder, like importing geographical geometries in the video capturing area.
