world while following in the footsteps of Christ. We will explore Scripture and issues that teens face through discussion, media, film, fellowship and music. Teen Club is followed by Praise Band, a time to lift our voices and worship in song through contemporary gospel music. Open to all teens who are members, friends of members and non-members! Wednesday, October 18th 7 pm at the Meeting Point. Hosted by:
Marie-Thérèse Hartwig We will look at women in the Bible, starting with Sarah and Hagar in Genesis, the story of Lot’s wife and daughters, the story of the twelve sons of Israel from the viewpoint of the mothers, Ruth and Naomi and more. We will read the passages together and discuss the historical background, some of the exegetical literature and the relevance of the texts for us today. All ladies are welcome! Marie-Thérèse

BIBLE+ CLUB Hosted by Dr. David Nolland Theodicy - God on trial. 2 October 2017 at 7 p.m. at the Meeting Point. The question of how God can allow suffering has been a burning question for Christians and non-Christians alike since ancient times. We will survey some historical answers to this question from various periods and faiths, and consider how relevant they are in modern times.
COLLEGE & CAREER GROUP Hosted by Francesca Lim and Katrin Karschat Every Thursday at 7 p.m. Dinner and Bible study, free from formality. Fun, discussions, fellowship, relationships and other programs!
HARVEST FESTIVAL On Oct. 8th we are celebrating our Harvest Festival. It has been our tradition for many years that on this Sunday we bring non-perishable food items and men’s clothing in good condition. We place them in front of the altar when we arrive at church. If you are not able to bring these items, financial support is also very welcome. An envelope is at the end of each pew, just write "Haus Josef" on it. These gifts will be brought personally to "Haus Josef", a home for homeless men in the 18th district in Vienna, run by Caritas. Please help us support this charity!
FUN AND FELLOWSHIP WITH CHILDREN On Sat. the 7th of Oct. from 3-5pm, families with children are invited to the Meeting Point for some fun together. We will have painting for the children and the parents will have a chance to get to know each other, and enjoy some refreshments. Bring some friends along! The more the merrier!
