Grammar Lesson

We are learning to:

* use knowledge of vocabulary to respond to and compose clear and cohesive texts in different media and technologies.

* understand that choices in vocabulary contribute to the effectiveness of texts.

* understand that language is structured to create meaning according to audience, purpose and context.

Synonym – A word that has a similar meaning to another word.

Antonym – A word that has the opposite meaning to another word.

based on whether they are a synonym or an antonym of the word frequent.

Tip: before you place the words be sure to know what the word frequent means by using a dictionary.
