2 Cuting pieces of cardboard of the controller

3 Cutting the rests of thewooden part of the base with a saw. It hadwooden squares glued on it from other project.

4Glueing together the 3parts of the controller: 1 cardboard pieces with 1 wooden piece in the middle.

5We cut 2 pieces of wood to make the tinplates.

Page 6: Mónica&Marina car

6 We covered the 2 wooden pieces with aluminium foil to conduct electricity,

7We did a hole on a small rectangular piece of wood

8We did the same with the base.

9We glued the tinplatesto the wood and joinedit to the base with a small piece of iron so that way it could rotate. Also we put 3 nails between the tinplates.

Page 7: Mónica&Marina car

10Finally we glued the battery on the base and connected it to thetinplates with wires and tacks

1.3 Car: Steps

Step Photo Explanation

1 Drawing the base of the car. It was supposed to be rectangular but because of a problem with one axel it finished with other shape.

2 We cut 2 pieces of carboard for the base to be more rigid and resistant.

3 We did holes on the 4 cups fot thr axels.

Page 12: Mónica&Marina car

4We inserted the axels on the wheels and glued them to be moreresistant.

5We shaped 4 pieces of wood in order to hold the axels.

6We glued together all the parts we had already.

Page 13: Mónica&Marina car

7We connected the wires to the motor andglued it to the car withadhesive tap.

8We glued the motor tothe car and connected it with a wheel through an elastic band.

9We joined the wires with adhesive tap.

10We joined the wires ofthe bulb to the wires of the motor so when we switch them on, both work.

Page 14: Mónica&Marina car

11This way both, bulb and motor work.

12 Finally, we did the body of the car and glued it to the base.

OUR CAR IS READY TORACE!!
