June Cycle• Student Core Report one record for each student PK-12 who
was enrolled for any period of time during the year.
• Student Enrollment and Attendance Report a record for each time a student entered
and exited throughout the school year.

• Enrollment Report students who have enrolled or transferred out
during COVID-19 in the Student Core and Student Enrollment and Attendance files.
During the COVID-19 time period, hours are forgiven and no attendance and no absent hours are reported.
Exception: Report one hour of attendance for new enrollments.

• Attendance and Absence Hours Hours forgiven during COVID-19 are considered not in session.
o Report no attendance or absence hours. Student absences due to COVID-19 prior to closure – report
like any other absence due to illness. 94% or 47% attendance for virtual courses should be based on
new lower hours in session it would have taken to complete course in-seat.

• Industry Recognized Credentials (IRCs) and Technical Skill Assessments (TSAs) Schools may administer IRCs or TSAs through August
31, 2020. Districts and charters may continue to update the
Student Core IRC/TSA records through August 31.

• Dyslexia Reporting End-of-year dyslexia screening requirement is waived for
2019-20 school year. Report students not screened due to COVID-19 as “NS.” Report Core Data Screen 38 as usual. Report available screening information from fall and
spring prior to COVID-19.

• Physical Education Reporting Missouri fitness assessment reporting is waived. Report students not tested due to COVID-19 as “Not
Tested.”

• Missouri Option Graduate Reporting Deadline for reporting students who graduate under
Missouri Option Program by passing the HiSET extended to August 31, 2020.
District/charter schools have until then to apply these graduates to prior year graduates in June SEA file.

• Early Childhood Outcomes Report entry ratings for children who entered ECSE
in 2019-20 in the Student Core. Report exit ratings for children who exited ECSE in
2019-20. For exits after COVID-19 school closures, report
exit ratings if there is sufficient information.

June Cycle• Summer Course/Student Assignment Report each educator teaching an approved
summer school course.• Student Course Completion Report final grade and credit earned by each
student for each course taken in grades 7-12. Necessary for MOCAP, APR, CTE Base Funding, etc.

• Course Completion Students completing a course with a required EOC
during this school year will be assigned an exception by the Department.

incidents resulting in ISS, OSS, expulsion, or unilateral removal to an interim setting.
Report incidents for students removed from the classroom half a day or more.

assistance referrals, referrals to special education, and referrals to outside agencies. This collection is voluntary.

• ASVAB (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery) ASVAB is a multiple-aptitude battery that measures
developed abilities and helps predict future academic and occupational success in the military.
Report for students in grades 9-12, tested during this school year.

the exception reason for 12th grade students who did not take the appropriate required EOC assessments.

• EOC Exception Reporting The Department will assign the EOC exception to students who
were enrolled in a course with a required EOC during the 2019-20 school year.
Report the American Government exception for IEP graduates that have previously taken the MAP-A assessment.
Report EOC exception code for any seniors that took content in another district/charter but were not assessed.
