If you are asked, I would just encourage parish officials who are interested in using some of their Gustav/Ike parish allocation for coastal/restoration projects to begin drafting descriptions of projects they are considering and providing those to us (Myself, Pat Forbes, KVO, Robin, Lynn or Sandra). We have not received approval of our action plan yet so we can not say with certainty what will be eligible. Then we will conduct outreach over the next few months to outline for parishes what coastal protection work can be funded by CDBG.
