Batman, Hero or Vigilante?

As a detective, I endure many hardships while fulfilling my duty, considering the fact

that I live in Gotham, a city ruled by thieves and thugs. I have helped many policemen put

criminals behind bars, but those of which who have power in this city were left alone. There

was only one thing that was able to make the criminals with that power face justice; it was the

bat-like creature that came down from the depths of hell to ruin them. At first my impressions

of The Batman were that he was another troublesome maniac. Though I realized that he was

much more when I met with him the first time alone because he demanded to know about the

untouched case of some people snuggling drugs secretly. It was incredible to see that those

men were in fact stropped by the single-handed Batman. It occurred to me that he was acting

as some kind of vigilante who was desperately trying to save the almost-doomed city of

Gotham. Even though the mayor wanted this Batman behind bars, I stuck up for him because

deep down I had a feeling that what he was doing was right. The fact that Batman has been

able to let me in on what Cains henchmen were doing to the water supply of the city and that

he has been able to give some spare antidotes to the poison showed me another side of this

bizarre man. It displayed how Batman was really trying to save the little good people that were

found in Gotham and it was through that, that I learned he is truly a hero, not a vigilante.

Batman has the characteristics of hero such as to serve justice, pure of heart, courageous than

most, and puts a stop to evil. Just like how he once said that a good man is defined by the

actions in which he does, which is exactly what he is doing by saving Gotham and its people.

This man has an unshakable willpower. When Batman decided to do something he commits

through it no matter how high the risks are. This characteristic was demonstrated in front of me

when he entrusted me with his vehicle and asked me to make one of the trains supporters

closest to Wyne Tower fall. There was less than five minutes in counting and he had to stop the

train from reaching Wyne Tower for if it didnt then it would be the end of Gotham city. Even

with that much stress stalked up on his broad shoulders, he never did once stop twice to think

about it and was doing everything in his being to help stop the train from the inside. This is the

incredible intensity found in Batmans will and heart defining him for who he really is. This man

is an example of a true hero trying to stop the clutches of evil from spreading over his fathers

beloved town.
