1. Product Introduction

MRac Ground Terrace II is a highly pre-assembled ground mount system can

be applied to large commercial and utility scale installations, totally aluminium

with good corrosion-resistant capability. With the efficient structure design,

MRac Ground Terrace II saves installation time and minimizes costly labour for

developers, operators and installers when delivering large scale projects.

Please read this Installation Guide thoroughly before installing the MRac

Ground Terrace II system. This Guide offers the planning and installation

instruction for MRac GT II.

GT II products, when installed in accordance with this guide, will be structurally

adequate and will meet the local standards. During installation, especially

when working on the roof, be sure to observe the appropriate safety

regulations and please pay attention to the relevant regulations of your local

region. Please check that you are using the current version of the installation

manual by contact Mibet Energy by mail on [email protected], or your

local representative.

The installer is solely responsible for:

Complying with all applicable local or national building codes, including any that may

supersede this manual;

Ensuring that MRac and other products are appropriate for the particular installation

and the installation environment;

Using only MRac parts and installers-supplied parted as specified by MRac

(Substitution of parts may void the warranty and invalidate the letter of certification on

page 2);

How to recycle: according to the local relative statute;

How to disassemble: countermove with installation;

Ensure that there are no less than two professional workers in panel installation;

Ensure the installation of relative electrical equipment is performance by professional

electrician.

Ensure safe installation of all electrical aspects of the PV array.

3. Installation Guide

3.1 Install the post

3.1.1 Please make sure

you have all the installation

tools and components

ready before your

installation; Especially the

hydraulic pile hammer can

perform well on-site.

3.1.2 Check the provided

planning and positioning

with the Total Station, mark

the location where each

U-shape Post should to be

rammed. Please make

sure all the posts for one

row are in a line and at the

same height.

Note: The deviation of

Height between Posts

must NOT exceed 5 mm.

3.2 Install post plates

3.2.1 As shown on the

right, place post plate B on

post plate A, and fasten

two plates with Hexagon

Bolt Kit M12*35. Do not

fasten the bolt too tight.

3.2.2

Fasten pre-assembled

plates onto the post with

Hexagon Bolt Kit M12*95.

Do not fasten the bolt too

tight.

3.3 Install the Pre-assembled GT2 Support

3.3.1

Unfold the Pre-assembled

GT2 Support, connect the

support to post plates with

Hexagon Bolt kit M12*110.

Connect the other side of

the pre-assembled support

to the post with Hexagon

Bolt Kit M12*95.

Do not fasten the bolts too

tight.

Complete the installation of

the rest of pre-assembled

GT2 supports in the same

way.

Note: Please make sure

the lower end of the

support to be in the same

level and all bolts to be

fastened tightly.

Recommended torque

force: 65N.m.

3.4 Install the Rail

3.4.1 The chart shows the

installation of Cross Module,

all C Clamp Kit, Inter Clamp

Kit and End Clamp Kit are all

installed in the same way.

3.4.2 Please check length of

Rail 105 before place it onto

the beam, otherwise extend it

with Rail Splice first. We

strongly recommend NOT to

extend the rails above the

beam.

3.4.3 Mark a line between

beams and upper surface

of rails by the marker

according to the drawing.

And mark lines along the

edge of rail on the beams

where to lay the rail and on

the rails. planned in the

drawing.

3.4.4 Fasten all the rails on

beams of Pre-assembled

support by C Clamps.

Fasten the bolts with 6mm

Allen Key. Recommended

torque force: 15 N.m.

Note: Use two C Clamp

Kits to fix each side of the

Rail 105.

3.4.5 Complete the

installation of rest of the

rails in the same way

above. Please make sure

the end of rails are in a line.

3.5 Install Solar Panels

3.5.1 Place the panel

above the Rail 105 and fix

it with Inter Clamp Kit and

End Clamp Kit.

(Kind Advise: put one

Inter Clamp Kit between

two panels, remove it after

the panels fixed.)

3.5.2

Now the installation has

been finished successfully.

4. 10 Years Warranty Declaration

Mibet (Xiamen) New Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter as “Mibet Energy”) warrants

to the original purchaser (“Purchaser”) of product(s) that it manufactures

(“Product”) at the original installation site that the Product shall be free from

defects in material and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years, except for

the anodized finish which shall be free from visible peeling, or cracking or

chalking under normal atmospheric conditions.

Warranties and guarantees can only be claimed if the installation and

commissioning of the photovoltaic system was done by professional personnel,

as can be proved. We guarantee a 10 year warranty for the durability of all our

MRac PV mounting products that are correctly mounted, installed and used as

our Installation Guide says.

Mibet Energy shall not be liable for consequential, contingent or incidental

damages arising out of the use of the Product by Purchaser under any

circumstances. If within the specified Warranty periods the Product shall be

reasonably proven to be defective, then Mibet Energy shall repair or replace

the defective Product, or any part thereof, in Mibet Energy’s sole discretion.

Such repair or replacement shall completely satisfy and discharge all of Mibet

Energy’s liability with respect to this Limited Warranty. Under no

circumstances shall Mibet Energy be liable for special, indirect or

consequential damages arising out of or related to use by Purchaser of the

Product. Manufacturers of related items, such as PV modules and flashings,

may provide written warranties of their own. Mibet Energy’s Limited Warranty

covers only its Product, and not any related items.

The warranty period begins from the delivery or pick up date from Mibet

Energy factory or warehouse. The replacement or repair of defective

components does not extend the warranty period.
