2018 Oliver E. Merrill Award

David Gilmore, MS, CNMT, RT(R)(N), FSNMMI-TS Chair & Assistant Professor, Medical Imaging

Program Director, Nuclear Medicine

Each year the MSRT celebrates our history by selecting a member from our profession that exemplifies the dedication shown by Oliver in support of the MSRT & Radiologic Technologists in the Commonwealth. David has over twenty years experience in higher education and medical imaging and has been an MSRT member for many of those

years. As a board member of the SNMMI Technologist Section, he has served as a liaison with the MSRT. He is a strong advocate for the profession and actively participates as a member of the ASRT Region 9 Advocacy committee. David was a member of the DPH/RCP working group that helped to update the Massachusetts RT Licensing Regulations working in collaboration with MSRT board members. He has been a lecturer at many MSRT conferences and seminars and is always willing to offer assistance. He is a leader in medical imaging education and a professional role model to many.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The name badge given to you at registration is required for admission to all conference activities including educational sessions, Buzz Bowl, all snack breaks and breakfast.

All courses have been ASRT approved and topic categorized in accordance with the Massachusetts Radiation Control Program standards. The lecture topic may differ from previously printed material due to speaker availability.

Please be advised that attendees arriving 10 minutes or more late to lectures will not be eligible for CE credit.

Preliminary games will begin on Wednesday, April 11th at 12:30 PM. Games will resume on, Thursday, April 12th with the semifinals & finals being held on Friday, April 13th. The awards will be presented to the first, second and third place teams during the Business Luncheon on Friday.
