RECRUITMENT SCREENING PROCESS
STEP 1: For Each client, we first dedicate team of Sourcers, Delivery Managers, Lead Recruiters and Account Manager afterdiscussing the skills they need to hire for.
STEP 2: Sourcing by Offshore team to filter resumes (they DO NOT call candidates or contact client) to pass on to the deliverymanager in Offshore. Our approach is NOT REACTIVE BUT VERY PROACTIVE. This team keeps on building active pipeline ofcandidates which gives us an edge and reduces time to fill.
STEP 3: Delivery Manager in Offshore will filter the resumes further and send to Lead Recruiter.
STEP 4: Lead recruiter shall call candidates and provide them with assessments, meet them in-person if locally available or doa video conference. They also conduct various test/quiz to test on analytical skills, logical reasoning, behavioural skills, andpersonality tests. They build rapport with consultants to go beyond just a generic set of questions to find out their interest,long term goal and stability.
STEP 5: Panel interview with our SME’s – they judge on skills, projects implemented, work done before and screen extensivelyby testing the knowledge and skills from technology/skillset perspective. The results of the panel discussion is shared withAccount Manager.
STEP 6: Account Manager shall meet the candidate in-person if locally available else on video conference to determine thefinal status and submit or reject based on his feedback and feedback from the SME’s and lead recruiters. Account Manager isthe single Point of contact for the client and manages the VMS or submissions/recruitment process for the client as the faceof the company.
