We also have to move animals and make enclosure improvements sometimes, these changes might not be marked here. All these details were accurate at the time of going to press, so we’re sorry if you’re inconvenienced by any alterations. 2pm Giants and Dragons Come and see our real-life dragon and measure up to our Galapagos tortoises in this island giant special. 4pm Giraffe High Tea Hear all about the tallest residents of the Zoo whilst they get stuck into their afternoon snack. Behind the Reptile House Into Africa 12.30pm | 3pm Live! with the Lemurs Journey through our mini Madagascar, while the lemurs have a snack and the presenter gives you the inside scoop on lemur life. In with the Lemurs 3pm Spiders Talk Get up close and personal with one of our friendly bird-eating spiders! But there’s no reason to be scared. 3.30pm Pygmy Hippos Live! Meet Thug and Nicky and see how they have added some pygmy hippo-style touches to their home! B.U.G.S! Into Africa 11.15am Early Birds Rise and shine with our birds. Join the Zoo Live Team for the first talk of the day, and watch our birds as they swim, fly and run to catch their breakfast. Bird Safari 2pm | 4.15pm Going Underground Our aardvarks and porcupines like to tunnel and dig - get the lowdown on these subterranean stars. Animal Adventure 12pm Coati Crunch Come and see our coatis climbing the trees and crunching through their lunch, whilst our keepers tell you about these crafty characters. Animal Adventure: Tree Top Zone 3.30pm Big Fish Come along to see the giants of the Amazon and find out how we care for some of the largest fish in our aquarium.
