1. INTRODUCTION

• National Australia Bank Limited (NAB) is changing its procurement platform to SAP Ariba, a globalleader in the procurement industry.

• NAB chose to partner with SAP Ariba for the benefits it brings to our suppliers, including invoiceautomation, online catalogues, ease of updating contacts and banking details, and new businessopportunities.

• NAB has chosen to cover Ariba Network Enterprise account fees on behalf of specific customerrelationships. This will allow suppliers using Ariba Network in connection with National AustraliaBank Limited at no cost.

• That said, there may be charged fees if a supplier opt for extra services, or transact with otherbuying organisations other than NAB on the Ariba Network.

• This pack provides a step by step guide on how you as a supplier will register on SAP Ariba Networkfor NAB.

3. OVERVIEW ON REGISTRATION PROCESS

National Australia Bank Limited (NAB) invites suppliers to get registered on two SAP Ariba modules.

1. Source to Contract (S2C) Module.

This module will allow you to participate in sourcing events, contract agreement renewals, amendments and change orders.

Registration will be completed in two steps:

• Supplier registration questionnaire .

• Supplier qualification questionnaire.

2. Procure to Pay (P2P) Module.

This module will allow you to receive purchase orders and submit invoices for payment via SAP Ariba network.

You can choose one of below Ariba account options:

• Enterprise Ariba Account (Advanced functionality).

• Standard Ariba Account (Basic functionality)

Once you successfully logged in and can see your dashboard, look for the section called Registration Questionnaires.

The next step in registering with NAB is to respond to NAB’s supplier registration questionnaire. Click the link “supplier registration questionnaire”

Important:DO NOT populate your banking details if you are getting paid in foreign currency (non AUD) OR To non domestic bank account(non Australian)

This is NAB’s Supplier registration questionnaire. You will need to fill in all the details. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory). Then click Submit Entire Response

If you need to change your responses at any time once you are successfully logged in to your Ariba account make sure you select Ariba proposals and questionnaires at top left corner then look at the section called Registration Questionnaires.

Query Action

I can’t log into Ariba, what do I do? How do I get an Ariba user account?

Contact the ‘Ariba Administrator’ at your company and ask them to create anaccount for you. This is the person that originally set up your Ariba account.Review How to contact Administrator. & How to create user.

When I log in through the link to Register as a Supplier, I get an error.

Firstly confirm you can log into Ariba directly (without the Registration link),and that you can access to the account you want to use with NAB. Next, reviewthis info.

When I log in through the link to accept NABs Trading Relationship Request (TRR), I get an error.

NAB’s arrangement with Ariba means all Suppliers can transact with NABthrough an Enterprise Account at NO COST. Firstly confirm you can log intoAriba directly (without the TRR link), and that you can access to the account youwant to use with NAB. If top-left of screen says ‘Enterprise Account’, review thisinfo. If top-left of screen says ‘Standard Account’ you have 2 options: either[Upgrade] the account to Enterprise level, then go back to the TRR email andlog in through the link, or leave the standard account as is and use the TRRemail link to [Sign Up] and create a new, free Enterprise Account for transactingwith NAB.

I can log into Ariba, but I cannot see NAB’s Supplier Registration Questionnaire

Check that top-left of screen says ‘SAP Ariba Proposals & Questionnaires’ andthat you are inside the ‘National Australia Bank Limited’ section. Still nothing?Ask your NAB contact to confirm who the Registration invitation was emailed to.

When I click the link to Register as a Supplier or Sign up, the system wants me to review potential duplicate accounts. What should I do?

Firstly confirm you can log into Ariba directly (without the Registration link),and that you can access to the account you want to use with NAB. Then click theRegistration link, and when the window pops-up, simply close it by clicking the[X] in the top-right corner, then proceed with the Registration.
