1 Account Administration You will need to have a registered user account on the NAC Arts Education Website, if you wish to do the following either as an individual, or on behalf of an arts organisation/ collective:
Submit arts education programmes to be considered under the NAC-AEP. Approved
programmes will be eligible for schools to tap on the Tote Board Arts Grant subsidy, and will
be published in the NAC-AEP Programme Directory
Submit applications for public performances and exhibitions to be considered under Public
Arts Programme. Accepted public performances and exhibitions will be eligible for the
schools to tap on the Tote Board Arts Grant for a ticket subsidy.
1.1 Registration For first-time users, you will need to set-up a user account first before you can submit any application. Please note that you will need a valid SingPass or CorpPass ID during your registration process, depending on which user account you are setting up. Types of User Accounts

You are an individual artist/ arts educator that wish to submit applications in your own personal capacity.
You are representing an arts collective that is not UEN-registered. OR You are representing a community club arts group.1
You are representing an arts group/ organisation that is UEN-registered.

Please note that the NAC Arts Education Portal does not require 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) details during registration (SMS or Token OTPs).
1 Please note that while the Community Club has a Unique Entity Number (UEN), community club arts groups are considered as arts
collectives in the NAC AE portal. This is to cater to the possible scenario when a non-PA representative from the arts group wishes to submit applications and he/she may not have access to the Community Club’s CorpPass IDs.

NOTE: For collective/ arts group / organisation representatives who are first-time users, you will need to register an account, even if the collective/ arts organisation is already registered in the system.
IMPORTANT! (FOR UEN-REGISTERED ARTS GROUP REPRESENTATIVE)
If you do not have a CorpPass ID at the moment, please visit www.corppass.gov.sg today to find out more, and get started on your CorpPass registration. To transact with the NAC Arts Education portal, please ensure that you are assigned by your CorpPass Admin to transact with “NAC E-Services”.
How To Register
Click on “Register” on the website homepage (https://aep.nac.gov.sg).
Choose the account type that you wish to register. You will be prompted to login via
SingPass or CorpPass, depending on the account type.

After entering your SingPass/ CorpPass details, you should be redirected to the registration
form.
Please note the email address keyed in will be the one receiving all NAC-AEP related email
notifications.
For registration for collective/ arts group / organisation representatives
If your collective/ arts group/ organisation has existing representatives registered on the
system, the group/ organisation name should appear in the drop-down list. Choose your group/
organisation name from the drop-down list, and the arts group/ organisation information should
be pre-populated in the subsequent fields.
o If the contact details of the organisation are not the most updated, you will be able to
login to make changes after your registration is successful.
If not, please select “New” and fill in the arts group/ organisation details accordingly.
For collectives, there will be no UEN reflected.

Processing of Registration Requests
Once the registration form is submitted, your registration request will be sent to NAC for
verification purposes. Your registration request will be processed within 3 working days.
If you do not receive any email notification from NAC to inform you of the outcome within 3
working days, please write in to [email protected].

1.2 Logging In
Upon having your registration request approved, you may now log into the system by
clicking “Login” on the homepage.
Select the type of user account you would like to log in as:
o “Login as Artist/ Collective Representative”
This will redirect you to the SingPass login page.
o “Login as Arts Group Representative”
This will redirect you to the CorpPass login page.
You will require a valid CorpPass ID and the organisation’s UEN
NOTE:
SingPass Co-Existence for Existing Arts Group Representatives
The NAC Arts Education portal has introduced the login method via CorpPass for user representatives from arts groups/ organisations with a Unique Entity Number (UEN) from 1 May 2017.
CorpPass will gradually replace SingPass for UEN-registered organisations to transact on the NAC Arts Education portal. CorpPass will be the required login method by 31 December 2017.
To ease transition, existing registered arts group/ organization representatives will be able to login via SingPass or CorpPass from May 2017 to 31 December 2017.

IMPORTANT! (FOR UEN-REGISTERED ARTS GROUP REPRESENTATIVE)

At any point, if you wish to return to this dashboard, you may do so by clicking “My Dashboard”
on the navigation bar.

1.3 Managing Profiles/ Withdrawal of Existing Representatives Managing Personal Profile
You may make changes to your personal profile (e.g. contact details) from the dashboard.
Click “Manage Account” >> “My Profile” on the navigation bar.
If you wish to make changes to the contact details of the contact person (for schools) for the
approved NAC-AEP programmes, please submit a Change Request for the relevant
programmes.
The contact details in this section are for NAC’s reference for NAC-AEP related
communication.
Manage Collective / Arts Group/ Organisation Profile
If there are any changes that need to be made to the arts group/ organisation’s contact
information, you can manage the arts group profile.

Click “Update Profile” to make the necessary changes and click “Save Profile” thereafter.
The changes made to the arts group/ organisation/ collective information will apply to all other
registered representatives.
The UEN information will not be editable.
Changes to Arts Group / Organisation/ Collective Name
The name of the arts group / organisation can be changed in the system, if there is no change
to the UEN.
o If there is a change in the UEN, you will need to register as a new arts group /
organisation, as the subsequent logins will be tagged to a different UEN via CorpPass.
o Collectives may proceed with the changes.
If you have existing approved NAC-AEP programmes that are under the previous arts group/
organisation/ collective name, and you would like to reflect the new name change, please
submit a Change Request for the relevant programmes.

Withdrawing Other Registered Representatives
All other registered representatives under the arts group/ organisation/ collective are listed on
the dashboard (as shown). Please review this list of representatives regularly to ensure that
all are authorised to have access to the group’s application details on the NAC Arts Education
portal.

To withdraw any existing registered user under your arts group/ organization/ collective:
Click “Manage Account” >> “My Profile” on the navigation bar.
Click “Withdraw Profile”.
You will find the current list of registered representatives for the group/ organisation/ collective.
Choose the representative that you wish to withdraw and click “Withdraw”.

2 NAC-AEP Programmes Individual artists and representatives from arts groups/ organisations can submit applications for their arts education programmes to be part of the National Arts Council Arts Education Programme (NAC-AEP).
Applications for these 3 programme categories – Arts Exposure, Arts Experience and Arts Excursions – can be submitted.

2.1 Submission of New NAC-AEP Application
Click “Submit New Application”.
You will be redirected to the introductory page, before accessing the application form. Please
read the information before submitting any application.
Please note that you will not be allowed to submit any applications after the application
submission deadline.

If you have previously keyed in the CV information of the instructors who will be conducting
the NAC-AEP programmes <Refer to 2.2>, the submitted CVs should appear on this page.
You should select the checkboxes for the instructors that will be conducting the particular
NAC-AEP programme which you are submitting an application for.
Upon filling all the required information, you may click “Next” to move to the next section of
the form.
Click “Submit” to submit the application.
Click “Save” to save the application as a draft, without submitting it.
When your application is processed, there will be an email notification from NAC notifying you
of the outcome of your NAC-AEP application.

2.2 Manage Instructor CVs All CV information of arts instructors conducting the NAC-AEP programmes should be keyed
into the online system.
Add Instructor CV
Click “Manage Instructor’s CV”.
Click “Add New Instructor’s CV”.

Upon filling all the required information, you may click “Next” to move to the next section of
the form.
If more fields are needed for the following segments, you may click on the blue buttons to add
more fields.
o Formal Arts Qualification in Chosen Art Form
o Other Training in Chosen Art Form
o Relevant Teaching Experience
o Relevant Industry Experience
o Performances/ Exhibitions/ Talks/ Works
o Recognition/ Awards

Click “Submit” to submit the CV. You will still be able to edit the CV after submission.
Click “Save” to save the CV as a draft, without submitting it.
o If the CV is a draft, this particular arts instructor will not be reflected in the NAC-AEP
programme application form.
Upon submission, you will be redirected to the page to manage the various CVs in the system.
You can choose to edit or delete the CV(s) using the icons shown above.
While you may make changes to the CV(s) anytime, please note that for the CV(s) assessed will
be the version submitted into the system at the point of application deadline.
o E.g. if the application deadline is 30 April, any edits made to the CVs after 30 April will not
be considered during assessment

2.3 Manage NAC-AEP Applications / Downloading Letter of Eligibility Managing NAC-AEP Applications
You can manage the NAC-AEP applications for your arts group, including the drafts that are
not submitted. You should be able to see all applications submitted by all registered users of
the arts group.
You can access this page either through the dashboard, or through the navigation bar.
NOTE:
During the application open call, please review this carefully to ensure that all the intended applications are submitted, and are not left as drafts.

Downloading of Letter of Eligibility (LOE)
Every NAC-AEP programme eligible for the Tote Board Arts Grant subsidy has a
corresponding Letter of Eligibility.
To download this LOE:
Click “Manage Application” from the dashboard.
Click on the specific approved programme title to download the LOE.

2.4 Submission of NAC-AEP Change Request
Change Requests can only be submitted for existing approved NAC-AEP programmes for a
particular active NAC-AEP cycle.
You may submit a Change Request if you wish to:
o Add/ remove arts instructor(s) who will be facilitating the programme
o Change the programme details, e.g. cost, programme synopsis, as published on the
Directory
o Change the contact person for the programme, as published on the Directory
(For existing approved programmes only)
Click “Submit Change Request”.
You will be redirected to the introductory page, before accessing the application form.
Please read the information before submitting any application.
Alternatively, you can click on the icon highlighted above to submit a Change Request.

Select the approved NAC-AEP programme that you wish to submit a Change Request for.
Upon filling all the required information, you may click “Next” to move to the next section of
the form.
The details of the originally approved NAC-AEP programme should be pre-populated in the
various sections of the form. Please make the changes according to your change request.
Click “Resubmit” to submit the change request.
When your application is processed, there will be an email notification from NAC notifying you
of the outcome of your Change Request application.
If your Change Request is successful, the Letter of Eligibility (LOE) for the programme will be
revised accordingly. Please download the revised LOE.

2.5 Submission of Monthly Booking Report All artists and arts groups are to submit a monthly booking report, when schools have made a purchase of any approved NAC-AEP programmes. Submit Monthly Booking Report
Click “Submit” to submit the monthly booking report.
You will be redirected to a page to manage the monthly booking reports submitted.
NOTE:
There will be a monthly email reminder sent to all artists and arts group representatives from approved NAC-AEP programmes for the active cycle, to remind of the submission of the monthly booking report.
However, if you do not have any bookings for that month, you may wish to ignore the email reminder.

2.6 Withdrawal of Approved NAC-AEP Programme All approved NAC-AEP programmes will be published on the NAC-AEP Programme Directory for that particular active cycle.
You may wish to withdraw any approved NAC-AEP programme from the Programme Directory, if you are unable to continue conducting the particular programme anymore. Schools will still be able to claim the Tote Board Arts Grant subsidy for sessions that are conducted before the withdrawal of the programme.
Click “Manage Application” from the dashboard.
Click on the withdrawal icon (as shown) if you wish to withdraw that particular programme.
You will be prompted to confirm your withdrawal request.

Upon submitting the withdrawal request, you will be redirected to this list. The status of the
programme should be reflected as above.
Once NAC has processed the withdrawal request, it will be reflected as “Withdrawn”.

3 Public Arts Programmes Artists, arts groups and presenters may apply for their ticketed public performances or exhibitions to be eligible for schools to use the Tote Board Arts Grant to subsidise part of the ticket cost.

3.1 Submission of Public Arts Programme Application
Click “Submit New Application”.
You will be redirected to the introductory page, before accessing the application form.
Please read the information before submitting any application.

Fill in the necessary information.
The input of Chinese characters, where necessary, is supported. However we encourage arts
groups and presenters to keep key information in English to facilitate understanding among
visitors to the Public Arts Programme Directory.
Arts groups or presenter can upload an image for the Public Arts Programme. This picture will
appear on the individual programme page, if the programme is approved.
Please ensure the image uploaded is within the dimensions stated. If not, an error may occur.
The image may also not display correctly on the Directory, if published.
Click “Submit” to submit the application, and “Save” to save as a draft.
Please note that you will not be able to make changes to the event details once the application
is submitted. If you wish to make any changes, please contact the NAC Arts Education team

Managing Public Arts Programme Applications
You can manage the Public Arts Programme applications for your arts group. You should be
able to see all applications submitted by all registered users of the arts group.
You can access this page either through the dashboard, or through the navigation bar.
Every Public Arts Programme eligible for the Tote Board Arts Grant subsidy has a
corresponding Letter of Eligibility.
For approved Public Arts Programme applications, you may download the Letter of Eligibility
by accessing the individual application page.

Click “Download LOE” to access and download the Letter of Eligibility for the approved Public
Arts Programme application.

3.2 Submission of Post-Programme Report All arts groups and presenters are to submit a post-programme report after the end of every Public Arts Programme. Submit Post-Programme Report
Fill in the relevant information.
To add additional fields for school ticket purchase record, click “Add more school”.
Click “Submit” to submit the post-programme report.
