What are the three key takeaways?

1) To Educate on the importance using User Experience UX Best Practices when delivering empiricalinformation to the community. By following the UX best practices, along with Open Government doctrines thatpromote e-Government Strategies and Information Communications Technology (ICT), government agencieswill effectively deliver useful, usable, findable, accessible, and credible information to the community that isinstantaneous and readable. 2) Providing a user experience that recognizes the users, their needs, values and limitations. 3) Using Empirical data to create trust and credibility from the community towards their leaders and electedofficials.
