academic institutions as dual system. NEO brought together HEIs with the private sector in
its cluster meeting that was held in May 2018 and as a result for the first time in Palestine,
HEIs and private sector agreed on establishing a coordination office which is a pioneering
step that will facilitate the cooperation between the two sectors.
