2. Introduction

NC-IOT11 IoT Low-power Wi-Fi Module is an ultra-compact, low-power embedded

Wi-Fi module based on Realtek RTL8189, a fully integrated System-on-Chip that is fully

compatible with IEEE 802.11 b/g/n MAC /baseband /radio,which support multiple Wi-Fi

working modes and power save modes, designed for embedded devices, such as home

automation, toys, health care, automobile electronics and I.o.T solutions. NC-IOT11 IoT

Module has a Cortex-M3 MCU with rich peripherals, users can build their own embedded

Wi-Fi applications based on our SDK which manage all of the Wi-Fi MAC and TCP/IP

stack processing.

The NC-IOT11 further enables innovative, energy-efficient applications, including

mobile applications and Cloud-based services for the mass market. At a maximum MCU

speed of 108 MHz, it offers the fastest MCU to date, based on a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M3

core. The SOC also has 1024K of on-chip serial flash memory, 96KB SRAM. In addition,

the NC-IOT11 provides some extensive sets of peripheral interfaces, including up to

GPIOs, JTGA,UART, SPI, PWM and A/D.
