    Introduction of Nestle

    The Nestle business began back in 1866 when the first factory of

    condensed milk was opened in Cham, Switzerland, by the Anglo-Swiss

    Condensed Milk Company.

    It was founded by Henri Nestl (1814 - 1890).

    The first logo of Nestle was made in 1868.

    There are no such issues and barriers between communication. This is

    because Nestle has a very diversified workplace and in every region ithas a work place so there do not usually such issues arise.

    Emotions sometime create barriers but usually there is a very

    optimistic and friendly workplace at Nestle.

    Employees at Nestle enjoy working in teams to be more productive.
