Our challenges

• Ageing workforce – familiarity “everything’s ok in my area”

• “I’ve done it this way for years”…and there’s been no

problems

• Keeping a focus on important issues – pressures on

production – can never stop pushing the message

• Not chasing numbers – we need quality and involvement

• At times there can be too much of a behavioural focus

• Recognition – creating a positive safety culture
