ALL registrations must be completed by May 1st, 2019. No exceptions. Great Wolf Lodge requires a complete rooming assignment list on May 2nd.

Want to pair your students up with another school? We will try our best, but cannot guarantee these rates if you ask to have staf members paired with those from another school. We may not be able to pair students to make appropriate numbers.

The medical release form below must be completed for every adult and student participant. Medical release form can be downloaded from our website and uploaded at online registration.

Registration and payment must be postmarked by May 1st, 2020 to honor your reservation. We must confrm fnal payment and lodging with Great Wolf at that time. No exceptions. Confrmation will be sent to you within one week of receipt of payment and registration.

Make check or money order payable to: Georgia Yearbook Workshop (1557 Howell Highlands Dr. Stone Mountain, GA 30087). Full payment or purchase order must accompany registration forms. Registration will be processed on a frst come-frst served basis. No unpaid reservations will be honored.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS/CANCELLATIONS Reservations will be handled by the Workshop Director. No refunds afer May 1, 2020. However, school may replace a yearbook staf member as long as the replacement is the same gender as the previously paid registrant.

+$100OPTIONAL: $100 Early Arrival Fun Pass Schools have the option to arrive the afernoon of May 27th and stay an additional night. Dinner vouchers for May 27th and breakfast vouchers for May 28th will be provided. Cost is $100 additional per attendee. Must stay the night to get waterpark passes.

$25 Late Fee if After April 15th*:*For registrations afer 4/15, add a $25/person late fee. NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER MAY 1ST, 2020.
