REGISTRATION TIPS FOR EVERYSEMESTER
• Are you bringing any Transfer, Dual Enrollment, International Baccalaureate, or Advanced Placement credit with you?
• Are you planning to be a full-time or part-time student?• Full-time is 12 credit hours or more.• Part-time is less than 12 credit hours.
• Do you have majors in mind?• A complete list of majors can be found at catalog.kennesaw.edu
• Are you going to live on or off campus?
• Do you plan on taking classes on the Kennesaw or Marietta campus?• The B.O.B. shuttle runs between both campuses.
• Do you want to take any classes online?
• Will you need any special accommodations for your classes?
AP, IB, AND DUAL ENROLLMENT CREDIT
• Official scores from College Board must be submitted to Kennesaw State University to receive Advanced Placement credit. KSU does not accept AP credit from your high school transcript.
• Please visit IBO.org for more information on transferring your International Baccalaureatecredit to KSU.
• A complete list of credit awarded for exams can be found in your Orientation Guide and at transfer.kennesaw.edu/credit-exam/
• Dual Enrollment students who attended a university or college other than KSU must submit an official transcript from that institution.
• For courses that were in progress at the time of application, a final transcript must also be sent showing final grades.

• You will need major specific courses as well as general education requirements to graduate.
• Reach out to your advisors – they are here to help you navigate your degree!
• Add/Drop is the first full week of each semester. This is your final chance to make changes to your semester schedule.
