Mother Earth Clean Up for Moth-er’s Day: Saturday, May 13 our church is hosting a lakeside clean up at Six-Mile Cove at Lake Mojave. We will meet at the Senior Center at 8:00 a.m. and should return no later than 1pm. Please bring a hat, water, gloves, sunscreen and a sack lunch. Pickers and trash bags will be pro-vided. We need someone with a pick-up truck to haul the trash. Please RSVP to Pastor Sandy if you can at-tend. Invite friends!

Join us for Vacation Bible School! FIRST VBS MEETING will be May 4 at 7 p.m. at Star-bucks. Help is needed with crafts, snacks, bible lessons and wrangling children! What a great opportunity to share God’s love with the children of Boulder City. Come to the meeting to learn more about how you can be a part of this minis-try. T.E.D. Talks: Bruce Benke leads this men’s group on Tuesday, April 25 from 6—8 p.m. This month’s topic is: Things you don't normally think about. Snacks will be served.

Communion Coin this month will be donated to PFLAG, Parents and Friends of Lesbian and Gay. When you come up for communion you may make an offering to this worthy or-ganization.

The Hispanic Episcopal Church will deliver the items personally. Nevadans for the Common Good Delegate Assembly: The Delegate As-sembly meeting is Tuesday, April 25 at 7 pm at Opportunity Village - En-gelstad Campus. 6050 S Buffalo Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89113. We will discuss our agenda of issues and the next phase of our donor campaign. Please RSVP to Pat Benke or Jennifer Haag. Loaves & Lobsters! Tickets are on sale NOW! Just $45.00 per person for a Live Maine Lob-ster Dinner! May 20, 2017 at the Elks Lodge, 6pm. See Pat Benke to get tickets to sell. What the Doctors Aren't Telling You: Thursday, May 18 at 8:30 a.m. the Homestead of Boulder City is teaming up with the Senior Center of Boulder City and the Desert Southwest Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association to pro-vide a free breakfast and educational event titled “What the Doctors Aren’t Telling You.” This event will discuss the emotional challenges associated with caring for a loved with Alzheimer’s disease, as well as providing tips on the clinical side.
