Eli in P5 drew a rainbow and wrote a message on the Prom. His artwork was ten featured in The Times. Really well done Eli.

Our neighbour is a doctor and we see her going to work every day. We wanted to send her and all the other key workers a message of thanks - teachers, posties, bin collectors etc. We put this up in our window so they could see. Martha and Clara

Ayla McFarlane P6.wrote an acrostic poem about her amazing trip to Lagganlia.

Ava Borrows made a cushion for her Gran. She made the cushion with her sewing machine and then hand-stitched some decorations on it.

I made a huge dam on the beach with my brother. My Dad explained how dams work while we were making it, and then I went back home and did a research project about them. I spent a lot of time looking up information on the internet and wrote two pages about dams - I enjoyed doing it and was really proud of myself! Lewis Perth P5

My favourite animal is a bear so I decided to make a poster all about the different types of bears. It was really good fun! Laurence P3

Lily May Hall from P6/7 class and the 'Hope' cakes she baked and decorated. Lily had been inspired by all of the rainbows she had seen in windows. The delicious cakes featured a rainbow and the word 'hope' in bright colours. The cakes were very popular with Lily's family and there aren't many of them left now...

A few days ago, I went into the garden and found some frogspawn in our small pond. I decided to make them a little indoor pond and I will share a photo of them developing each week. Zeb has been reading Swallow Dale by FaceTime with his granny, where he got the idea to create a time capsule. He created a note with a rainbow that says ‘this is what we did to say hello in Coronavirus time’, and put in a 5p and 20p, a Towerbank school symbol, and some painted stones.

Anarkali P2 and Dylan P4 designed their own planets, inspired by the ‘Glasgow Science Centre at home series’. We learnt about the Goldilocks Zone and what is needed for life to exist.
