OCTOBER, 2013
Hello everyone,
The club picnic for 2013 is behind
us, and a great time was had by all.
Many thanks to the Boffs, who hosted
the picnic. Also, thanks to those who
helped with the set-up on Saturday,
Mary Jo for providing everything for
the Bingo game, Jack for bringing
tables, and everyone else who helped
make it a great day.
See you soon,
Jan
PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE
Without members willing to organize and run events,
there will be holes in the club calendar. Right now, we
need people to fill two important positions:
After Christmas Party Chair
Car Show Registration Chair
Please let Jan know if you’re willing to help.
Your club needs you!

NORTH HILLS HISTORIC AUTO CLUB MINUTES
September 8 2013
The September meeting was held at the home of Roger and Betty Boff, who once again graciously hosted the
club picnic. Everyone enjoyed great fellowship, great food, and great bingo fun. Thanks Roger and Betty.
After the Pledge of Allegiance, President Jan Smith asked if there were any additions or corrections to the
minutes of the August 2013 meeting. There were none. Ken Barker made a motion to accept the minutes,
and Antoinette Quinn seconded. Jack Swaney read the Treasurer’s Report. The club has a balance of
$7,824.57 in the treasury. Ken Barker made a motion to accept the Treasurer’s Report, and Jennie Barker
seconded.
John Kaiser will be having hip replacement surgery on September 17, and Roger Boff will be having shoulder
replacement surgery on October 9.
President Jan Smith reported that the Old Stone House rally was well attended by club members, and every-
one had a great time.
President Jan Smith announced that it is time for the election of one person for the
Board of Directors. Jennie Barker volunteered to head the nominating committee.
Antoinette Quinn and Debbie Mueller volunteered to be on the committee.
Joe Somerville announced that a volunteer will be needed to take care of registra-
tion for the annual Car Show.
A committee for the After Christmas Party is still needed.
There being no further business to discuss, Steve Illsley motioned to adjourn the
meeting.
Respectfully submitted,
Bonnie Smith
