SITES
Most episodes include visiting a farmers market and/or farm
market or roadside stand, two or three farms or dairies, and
possibly an agritourism site in New Jersey - usually a 15-to-20-
mile radius. Episodes will be shot throughout the entire state.
Each episode has a promo.
COOKING SEGMENT
We'll close with a cooking segment that includes a chef or
cook preparing a meal with food purchased that day at a
nearby restaurant, food truck, diner, private or public kitchen
or other site. We'll show diners enjoying the meal. Recipes
will be included online. The format for the episodes may differ
slightly.

Spring/Summer 2016 - 13 Half-Hour Episodes
THE COOKING SEGMENT Each half-hour episode will include a five-to-seven-minute cooking segment.
Watch the magic happen as a guest chef prepares a specialty
dish or meal from produce purchased at the featured farmers
market. This segment will often include a farm-to-table
dinner.
The segment will be shot at a restaurant, food truck, diner,
private or public kitchen or other site.
The farmers and other individuals in the show will get to
enjoy the dish. Recipes will be provided online.
Format for the episodes on seafood, wines, craft beers,
cheese making and festivals will differ slightly.
Jim Weaver, chef and owner of Tre Piani Restaurant in
Princeton, author of LOCAVORE ADVENTURES, and founder of
the slow food movement in Central Jersey, hosts the cooking
segments with local celebrity chefs.

MEGAN GUNNING Series Host
Megan Gunning is a spokesperson and television
personality who has worked for various networks including
Discovery Communications, Viacom, News Corporation,
Tribune, NBC, Fox, Turner Broadcasting and CBS.
She was the original host of NJ FRESH!, a five-episode
series broadcast on NJN. Megan has participated in the
Worldwide Opportunities on Organic Farms program in the
US and Ireland and is an advocate of sustainable
agriculture and the farm-to-table movement. In 2013 and
2014, Megan hosted GNJP's pilot for FRESH! and OPEN
SPACES & HISTORIC PLACES IN MORRIS COUNTY.
She is a graduate of University of Vermont's Institute of
Artisan Cheese, studied Dairy Foods through Cornell's
Extension Program, is a certified artisan cheesemaker and
completed the NJ Agriculture Society's Leadership
Development Program.
JoAnne Ruscio Executive Producer
As president and executive producer of GNJP,
JoAnne has produced five programs for TV and
web in the two-and-a- half years GNJP has
existed. She is the founder of GNJP.
Previously, she developed, raised funds for and
served as co-executive producer of NJ FRESH!, a
five-part series on NJ agriculture that aired on
NJN. JoAnne was marketing director of NJN for
more than ten years and served as
communications director for NJ state parks and
forests for over a decade.
JoAnne often can be found hiking in the parks
and shopping at farm markets for the ingredients
for impromptu meals at her home in Hunterdon
County.

Joe Ciminera is the executor producer for the
following national series: The Flaming Greek,
Stress Free Cooking, Sophisticated Comfort
Food, and Southern Fried Fitness and the
producer for FRESH!
Joe is a chef and the host of Taste This TV that
began in 2003. The show has filmed over 187
episodes. His time working at establishments
such as Le Cirque, Les Celebrites, Le Petite Bijou
and Carmines helped to build a strong
foundation for his work.
His latest venture is to help fight against one of
America's growing health issues - childhood
obesity. He is the creator of the food social
media website FoodyTV.
