FORTURE è un progetto volto a sviluppare un modello di fabbricazione sostenibile per la produzione di piastrelle in ceramica. Il progetto si concentra sull'integrazione di strumenti di valutazione dell'impatto ambientale (Life Cycle Assessment), economico (Life Cycle Costing) e sociale (Social Life Cycle Assessment) in un modello di business aziendale.

Dal punto di vista delle operazioni industriali, il modello sarà in grado di monitorare le prestazioni ambientali, sociali ed economiche del prodotto, oltre a prescrivere azioni correttive sul processo produttivo in caso che si verifichino scostamenti dagli obiettivi di sostenibilità pianificati.Grazie a questa integrazione sarà anche possibile aggiungere i parametri di sostenibilità al sistema qualità aziendale, per certificare prodotti a minor impatto ambientale, sociale ed economico.

FORTURE si propone sia di risolvere la criticità intrinseca alla natura statica delle valutazioni d'impatto che sono condotte a consuntivo sulla base delle serie storiche dei dati, che di facilitare la raccolta di dati per il calcolo, grazie al raggiungimento dei seguenti obiettivi:• Integrare tutti e tre i pilastri della sostenibilità

(ambiente, economia e società) nel modello di business dell'azienda.

• Trasformare le valutazioni d'impatto da analisi statiche sui risultati a consuntivo (sulla base delle serie temporali) in un'analisi dinamica effettuata istantaneamente sulla base dei dati correnti di processo.

• Aggiungere parametri di sostenibilità al sistema qualità aziendale per creare prodotti a minor impatto ambientale, sociale ed economico.

• Convalidare il modello attraverso la progettazione e la produzione di una nuova collezione di piastrelle ceramiche ad alto livello di sostenibilità.

• Trasferire i risultati dell'innovazione tecnologica sviluppata nel progetto all'industria ceramica europea e, più in generale, all'edilizia.

FORTURE is a project aimed at developing a sustainable manufacturing model for the production of ceramic tiles. The project focuses to integrate environmental (Life Cycle Assessment), economic (Life Cycle Costing) and social (Social Life Cycle Assessment) impact assessment tools into company's business model.

On the production side, the model will be able to monitor the environmental, social and economic performance of the product, as well as prescribe corrective actions on the ceramic production process in the case of deviations from the planned sustainability targets.Thanks also to this integration it will be possible to add sustainability parameters to the company quality system to create products with a lower environmental, social and economic impact.

FORTURE aims to solve the criticality due to the static nature of impact assessments based on historical series and which prevent corrective actions on products and processes, and to facilitate the collection of data for calculation, through the pursuit of the following objectives:• Integrate all three pillars of sustainability

(environment, economy and society) into the company's business model.

• Transforming impact assessments from static actions on final results (looking back, based on time series) into a dynamic analysis carried out moment by moment (looking forward) based on current data.

• Add sustainability parameters to the company quality system to create products with a lower environmental, social and economic impact.

• Validate the model through the design and production of a new collection of ceramic tiles with a high level of sustainability.

• Transfer the results of the technological innovation developed in the project to the European ceramic industry and, more generally, to the building sector.
